It is our vision to be the premier provider for clients needing supplemental or full time health and social services. We pride ourselves on our family atmosphere and our ability to administer comprehensive services that give peace and comfort to our clients, as well as their families, friends, and case workers.

Mission

Lillie’s Healthcare will provide premier services to clients in need of support. Our staff and management team will treat each client like family while providing care that their families can be proud of and will be excited to tell others about. We will service the physical, social, mental, and spiritual needs of those clients who have entrusted us with their care.

Claudett Moss
Chief Executive Officer

Claudett has an Associate’s Degree in Social Science and over twenty years of healthcare service with the elderly and disabled. She has many years of leadership and management experience and previously managed services in multiple personal care homes.

Connie Mayo
Chief Financial Officer

Connie has a Master’s Degree in Business Management and Healthcare Administration and thirteen years of financial industry experience.

Nakia Walker
Chief Operations Officer

Nakia has a Master’s Degree in Counseling and over ten years of experience in organization and strategic planning.

TreNise Holloway
Chief Strategy Officer

TreNise has a Master’s Degree in Leadership and Organizational Excellence and over 20 years of program, quality and organization management experience.

Donte Taylor
Chief Technology Officer

Donte is pursuing his Bachelors Degree in Health Education and has five years experience working with youth and adults maintaining their health care needs.

Valencia Jefferson
Client Advocate (Volunteer)

Valencia has an Associate’s Degree in Ministry and Christian Counseling. She is a disabled veteran that continues to serve the community as a client advocate volunteer. She has over fifteen years of experience volunteering in the community and advocating for quality care for others.

Lillie’s Healthcare was created from a foundation of love, care and kindness instilled in the family line starting from our beloved Lillie B. Arnold. Lillie Arnold was a pillar in the community that could always be counted on to care for those in need. She was an inspiration to family and friends and never wavered in her love for the Lord or her neighbor.
